The place was perfect. A "beautiful, huge plot on the hill near the river”. Polish architect Robert Konieczny, from KWK PROMES, was amazed. The problem came later, when the client took him to his apartment and told him that he wanted for that space something identical to the house he was living in at the time. Robert was astounded. He still tried to convince him: "But, you know, we could do much better”. But Mr Patryk really liked living there. Then the idea came up: wrap the house in a beautiful way, taking the way, skirting it around the orchard and snaking it around the first floor, before leading it down to the river. The road shaped the building, becoming the main motif of the project. A theme that defines the whole By the Way House.
