Fenwick

A house open to the outside

The motto "less aesthetics, more ethics” ends here, with Fenwick, because this is the project that doesn’t do away with any factors. Between the light and the silence, it comes to life, acting as a living organism that connects people to the elements of nature. In fact, Edition Office were passionate about wanting biodiversity to enter the house. And that’s what happens these days. Located in Australia, on the banks of the Yarra River, the development has access to exclusive panoramic views where, on one side, you can see the grandeur of the city and, on the other, the splendour of nature. The materials that are used throughout the rooms – most of them recyclable – demonstrate the meticulous care that has been taken with sustainability. Indeed, this is where we look to the past to take a stand in the present, which translates into a way of looking to the future over the course of 2200 sqm.
