Stood in the district of Braga, JC House, whose architectural design was developed by Atelier Risco Singular, is emphasised by straight and simple lines, and by the expressiveness of juxtaposed volumes that give it movement and privacy. Its geometry, the interplay of glass and the reflections imposed by the light, pool and green carpet of the garden, combined with the use of contrasting materials, produce in this house an array of singular sensations. The layout has created a close relationship between interior and exterior, as well as combining contemporary looks with functionality and sustainability. JC House "is a space that is geometrically cosy, coherent, easily appropriated and, above all else, full of emotions” (architect Paulo Costa, architect Sónia Abreu).
