Sustainable and dynamic, Opera 169 is a six-storey apartment in Washington Heights, Manhattan, USA. Its quirky features allow the imagination to run wild, as the building appears to be the result of overlapping square blocks, organised sequentially. Between bricks that recall the New York style and the green that takes over the balconies, roof and walls, an inviting space has been created, conceived by ADAT Studio. The project is scheduled for completion in 2024, on 169th Street.
