Located within the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel in Vancouver, Canada, the Botanist Restaurant boasts a series four distinct spaces: dining room, cocktail bar and laboratory, garden and a Champagne Lounge. The menu has been designed by executive chef Hector Laguna. Designed by Ste. Marie Design, with branding and identity developed by Glasfurd & Walker, the space is partly surrounded by glass and planters filled with native vegetation of British Columbia. The garden, with more than 50 kinds of plant species, invites guests to stay.
