Faithful to the customer’s requirements, the 950-sqm SFA House is a renovation project, featuring the design of Arqmov Workshop - which has transformed a childhood home into a home to suit the owner’s new family. Taking advantage of the location opposite a golf course, it knocked down one side, building a new volume on the other. The double height is easy to see, and the huge windows, to the rear of the house and the interior facade facing the garden and pool, ensuring the entrance of natural light welcomes anyone arriving. The house is divided into areas: a living room with fireplace and large walls with beige stone slab veneers, ring-shaped pendant lamps; the bar area is framed by wooden panels and floors; the dining room is compact and rather cosy; the living room is double height and makes the transition to the garden and to the rest of the entertainment areas; and, finally, the private areas comprise three bedrooms. SFA House is located in Torreón, Mexico.
