The domotic companies A-Touchinter and Winwel announced their merger in the early days of 2020, becoming A-Touch Winwel, the largest Portuguese group in this área. Both companies already had a strong presence in international markets, such as Germany, France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Brazil, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia and Dubai, but according to the new Group managed by Ricardo Costa and Augusto Miranda, "it will bet on new international markets sucha as Greece, Spain and Belgium”. The merger process of the Braga-based company was concluded at the end of 2019.
