It is the result of the dream of two friends who are passionate about ramen, a traditional Japanese dish. After a trip to Japan, the two friends unsuccessfully sought the most authentic ramen in Lisbon. That was when they decided to venture into their own project creating on Av. Duque de Loulé, in the Portuguese capital, ajitama Ramen Bistro, a 2019 project that resulted from the rehabilitation of a building, with the signature of the JCFS Architects studio. The unique space leads the diner to a journey along the east, with trusses, a symbol of determination, accuracy and organization that star in the Japanese environment.
