The Can Santacilia residential building reveals 15 apartments and several communal areas. Spread over 3300 sqm, the project took place in Palma de Mallorca at the hands of OHLAB. With its origins dating back to the 12th century, the building has undergone various refurbishment processes, with OHLAB having been in charge of the most recent improvements. The façade and original structure have been preserved, but there are also more than 400 years of history in which many modifications and distortions have taken place.
