At a time in which we are moving rapidly towards hybrid working models, the humanisation of offices with solutions focused on employees and their well-being is essential to promote motivation and productivity. This was the starting point for the interior design project developed by the Filipa Fleming, Interior Design studio for the extension of the head office of Engexpor (an international company specialising in project and construction management), in Lisbon, which, in addition to creating more space and more workstations in order to respond to the growth of its team, encourages interaction and socialising between employees.
To this end, several areas adapted to the different work needs have been developed, with pieces of furniture designed exclusively, which provide versatility and a welcoming, comfortable environment with the ideal conditions not only for individual or collaborative work, but also for socialising among colleagues.
In order to make the office environment even more welcoming and cosy, green corners have been created, which transmit serenity. The use of natural light, in a space that has windows on all four façades of the building, is also a well-being factor in the project.
