Tekunidua, a project by DDAP
Architect, presents its Asian roots as it develops over 800 sqm. The building
provides a stunning interplay between scale, lighting, shade and, for the most part,
sustainability. It is an emotive and challenging project, based on the recovery
and use of furniture and raw materials, which accumulate memories of a lifetime
and hence the significant value they contain. Reclaimed wood is incorporated
into the ceilings and part of the walls, making them exquisite, and the upper
floors offer great openness to make the most of stunning views.
