VAD Designers d’espaces, a Canadian interior design company, in collaboration with the National Bank’s Premises Department, has developed a new design concept for the workspaces of the National Bank Tower, in Montreal. The new working environment has a colourful sectored layout, where transparency rules. Benefiting from the octagonal shape of the building and its abundant natural lighting, the shared workstations border the windows to a palette of five hues. Colours and angles bounce off one another and serve as visual guides. The new, intuitive and modern workspace is designed to promote the evolution of working methods, to encourage collaboration and mobility, and to foster employee well-being.
