To celebrate its 10th anniversary, the Bandit 9 motorbike brand has unveiled its latest futuristic model, the Submarine. The body, inspired by the oceans, is reminiscent of the gracefulness of a manta ray, while the frame borrows its shapes from coral reefs. Bandit 9 models are widely regarded as collector pieces and the Submarine is a work of art and a feat of engineering. The 7075 aluminium alloy, typically used in missiles and other defence applications, ensures that the chassis is sturdy, while the Triumph twin engine delivers great power to the wheels: 74 hp in the 900 cc version and 102 hp in the 1200 cc version. A confident ride is achieved thanks to state-of-the-art suspension and brakes. If lightweight performance is the goal, a version with carbon fibre frame and titanium exhaust is available, with a reduced weight of 190 kilograms. All you need to do is accelerate.
