The BMW Z4 M40i is in the spotlight with its new six-speed manual gearbox, available on the market from March 2024. The Handschalter package - "manual gearbox” in English – includes other features, such as different suspension settings, alloys, interior finishes and paint colours. BMW has taken its time to develop the manual Z4, but lovers of the manual gearbox option couldn’t be more eager for three pedals instead of two. The model’s top speed remains at 249 km/h, incorporating a six-cylinder in-line engine. Although the automatic gearbox is quicker to accelerate, the manual gearbox can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds, which is certainly more competitive. This is an ideal model for those who appreciate the architecture of a car and like to feel it intensely on the tarmac.
