Nominated for the 2018 edition of the German Design Award, the Italia project by PC Design has catapulted the designer duo of Matteo Cappellazzo and Mattia Piro into the limelight. The Italia project has been dubbed a hyper yacht thanks to its cruising speed of 46 knots and its top speed of 60 knots. Despite the limited accommodation capacity – for six people –, the decks of the Italia are large, able to welcome up to 16 people during the day. The garage, with it gull wing doors, for two jet skis, is a distinctive attribute. On the lower deck there is a spa pool, a cocktail bar and an extensive seating area. The interior of this superyacht is "simple, chic and well lit”. The Italia is powered by two 1925 hp Caterpillar C32 ACERT engines and two Twin Disc ASD 14 surface drives.
